Book a hotel near Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale

"The elevator went out my husband and my mother are in wheelchairs. We were due to go to Walmart to pick up some things, but learned that the elevator was down and did not get fixed until the next morning, but we were iffy about that because he could not reach the maintenance guy for the elevator just so happened. I woke up at 2 AM to check to see if the elevator was working because we were here to get on a cruise boat and if the elevator was not working, I was gonna lose $7000 on a cruise that I have been planning for three years and it was a birthday Cruise and Mother’s Day for my mother and myself. Maintenance should be on call at all times and should answer their phone immediately when there is an emergency and not wait until hours and hours and hours later, I am disappointed in this extended stay all the extended stays I’ve ever traveled and stayed in were excellent"

"I do not recommend this hotel at all. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had while traveling with my family. The rooms were extremely dirty, the beds were broken, and the air conditioning barely worked. The room keys constantly stopped working, and the staff did nothing to properly fix the situation.On top of that, they charged extra money to my account, promised they would refund it, and I am still fighting to get my money back. The pools were completely overcrowded with no place to sit or enjoy time with family. The beach was dirty and smelled terrible, and the bathrooms were clogged and disgusting.To make things even worse, if you have a larger vehicle they give you a hard time about parking and charge you extra money to park somewhere else, even when you have to do it yourself because they won’t help.By far the worst place I have ever stayed at. I would never come back, not even if the stay was free. I am still dealing with them trying to recover my money.Not only were the rooms disappointing, but the biggest issue is that they continue charging my bank account without authorization even after my stay. Money keeps disappearing from my account and I am still fighting to get my refunds back.This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Guests should not have to worry about unauthorized charges or feel like their money is being stolen. I trusted this hotel with my family vacation and deeply regret it."

"No complaints. No SHUTTLE TO MIAMI PIER. an airport suttle was 10.00 pp. Some uber/lyfe was cheaper. But overall breakfast made up for the "shuttle service" it looks like it maybe free airport service when they use "surcharge" to pier you expect to pay to the cruise port..."
