I liked the fact it was easy to find, was late at night and the receptionist was kind and welcoming. My room was just a short walk down the hallway. Plenty of room for my bags and lots of space in the bathroom for all my things. Was only there from late in the evening to mid morning. It was everything I needed. Was also nice to get coffee and something to eat just down the hall.

This is a perfectly acceptable place for an overnight stay. It’s literally next to Route 84, there’s a good diner next door, and the rooms have the amenities you’d expect. The area is congested with traffic and appears a bit gritty. In short, there’s nothing bad and nothing great about it.

We felt that it was appropriate for the value. Room seemed clean, check in was easy, breakfast was basic and fine. The only thing we didn’t care for was that the plastic cups in the bathroom were wet with water. Usually we get individually wrapped cups that clearly weren’t used but these cups were rinsed with water and looked like they may have been used.

Beautiful, large room and bathroom. Very clean with updated amenities. The mini fridge is quite a nice size and had a freezer. The bed was so comfortable and the AC kept us cool. The tub is slippery so a bathmat would be advisable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be coming back here. Plenty of parking and the I84 Diner next door is excellent.

The staff at the Quality Inn in Fishkill NY is excellent. Lorena was attentive, caring and knowledgeable regarding the facility and its amenities. Though my room was clean and spacious, it was QUITE disappointing that it had either a non-functioning OR a pre-programmed A/C unit with a thermostat that was controlled by the outside temperature, NOT by me. Seeing as it was a humid, muggy night, I spent a good portion of it uncomfortable, wishing I had a window to open, at least! Strongly recommend fixing this asap!!!

Given the long weekend and a cluster of sports games, there was surge pricing in effect. While the first two nights were reasonable, the next two nights were incredibly expensive for a hotel of this rating. Overall, very limited amenities. Not many places to eat around the area. You have to request housekeeping, service, and replacement towels and linens. I could understand that during Covid, but I don’t understand it in this time.

Conveniently located to Beacon, with a diner right next door. The diner was helpful as the "breakfasts" provided were high carb-infused. Room was relatively comfortable and spacious, however the bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine in operation and couldn't be separated from the lights. The shower faucet control seemed like it would fall off any moment. The television delivered a mediocre "analog" picture which looked like an old time rabbit-ear antenna image. Finally then room service never made up our room and we had to call for new towels - their "policy" is that they only provide room cleaning if staying 3 days or more. This is noted on a long memo on the counter at check-in, which you don't realize at the time unless someone points it out to you. Certainly not worth the rate charged.

We had come from NYC, and this hotel was nicer than the so-called "luxury" hotel we had stayed in the night before. Everything was in excellent condition, very clean, and the staff member at the desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided a decent range of food. Right next to the highway, but quiet. Thank you!
