The Space:
Welcome to our spacious and stylish one-bedroom on the 2nd floor with a view of the complex swimming pool! Our space is perfect if you like to live like a local while on vacation, and it’s ideal for a couple or small family traveling together. You’ll be just two blocks from the Macroplaza Puerto Vallarta (with lots of shops, a Walmart and a Cinemex), 5 blocks from Francisco Villa Avenue (the second largest avenue in the city), and just 7 blocks (a 5-minute drive) from Costco.

There are only six apartments in the complex, so it’s quaint with lots of privacy. The swimming pool has sun loungers and an outdoor dining table, so you can enjoy some sun and fun while staying close to home. You’ll also be just about an 8-minute drive from the beach.

As you enter, you’ll see a bright, open layout, a large, comfy sofa and TV sitting area for relaxing downtime moments at home and a big, beautiful kitchen with quality appliances and granite countertops for preparing meals at home. Of course, you’ll have a coffee maker and some coffee to get your days started!

When it’s time to rest and recharge for the night, find a plush king bed in the bedroom, ready to offer you a good night’s sleep with blackout curtains for sleeping in late if you’d like. There are nightstands and reading lamps on both sides, a full-length mirror ample closet space for your things with a safe box for your valuables. The bedroom has direct access via wall-to-wall sliding glass doors to a large terrace with some chairs overlooking the street.

We provide bath, beach and pool towels, extra pillows, an iron, AC and WiFi throughout the space for added convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the pool and BBQ area.

Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
We are 2 blocks from Macro Plaza (with local shops, Walmart & Cinemax cinema) and 5 blocks from Francisco Villa Ave (the second largest avenue in the city), where you will find the bus stop and taxis, and 7 blocks from La Comer y Costco. The complex is 8 minutes by car from the beach and 15 minutes by car from the city center, the airport and the bus station. The neighbors are nice local people. For those who like to walk or run, 5 blocks from the condominium is the Riviera del Pitillal, a beautiful place for its nature, typical for this sport.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 7 km | 4.3 miles from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), which is usually about a 15-minute drive. If you are arriving by car, there is free parking on the street at the complex. Puerto Vallarta also has Uber, taxis, and public transportation.

Other Things to Note:
As a courtesy at the beach club Mangos, Sand Pacific guests will receive a margarita drink per person. The beach club does not have an entrance, and the minimum consumption is just a meal. Guests must book in advance directly at Mangos Beach Club.

- No private parking is available at the complex.
- Please note there's ongoing construction happening. You're likely to hear construction noise during working hours, Monday through Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm.
- The building does not have an elevator.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pet-friendly with prior approval.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- The bracelets must be returned at your departure. Losing or not returning them will result in a penalty of 2,000 MXN for each one.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, beach chairs, and cooler are available for an additional fee. Must reserve in advance.
- The cost of using the BBQ is 350 pesos. This amount is charged for the cleaning that we will do after use. It must be reserved at least one day before.

This is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. The code and instructions will be provided before your arrival.
