"I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotel Metro. The lobby had some cute touches like a little candy bar, coffee, and things you might forget like ear plugs and tooth brushes. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. While parking isn’t cheap, that seems to be the case for any hotel around this area, and there is a discount. The lot is huge and a very short walk from the hotel. The hotel in general was a very convenient walk to London Music Hall and the market square directly to the south is lovely. The room was nicely renovated and had great water pressure, and the bed was comfy. The only negative of my trip was despite the room overall feeling clean, the floor was in need of a good wash. It wasn’t noticeable until I saw the dirt accumulating on my socks and then wiped a couple sections of the floor with toilet paper to check, and it came up filthy. The bathroom area seemed quite clean so this was likely an issue with the hardwood section (this room has an open concept bathroom). Overall I would definitely stay again!"
