"The staff were excellent, so helpful. The whole place was nicely decorated. The location is also ideal. It was very clean and the room was tidied and beds made every day. There was only a kettle and instant coffee in the room but we could get coffee from the lobby dining area. The biggest drawback for us was that there's no air conditioning. Even in March with the heaters turned completely off the room was warm so we had to leave the balcony for open a crack all night.
