Driving was difficult due to the high volume tourists at the time. However, very easy to walk around and great restaurants.

Not sure where to begin. I guess to say Staff were great and thank you for coming to our room every evening to get the tv working....6 days fyi. The room was just weird. Very few outlets to plug in electronics. Bathroom with no where to put anything along with nothing to put the wet soap, like a container. Soap sat on a glass shelf, not logical. Make sure you read no restaurant, although there is an Italian restaurant with doors open to hotel. The 2 are not together so no room service or charge food to the room. The lack of a working TV was the main issue and every night had to have receptionist come up to get it working even though the were guessing like us. The receptionist not a service person on call 24 hours like most hotels. So if receptionist can't fix your issue your screwed. Im very surprised a woman owns this hotel along with 3 others around as I would expect more luxury or thoughtful set-up in each room. Its decent and like I said staff were great but I wouldn't book here again.

Wonderful!

Great location, though initially hard to find since we didn't realize it is on a pedestrian only street. The parking garage recommended worked out very well and was reasonably priced. The hotel was extremely clean and very comfortable. We would certainly stay there again. The location was ideal for walking all around. We never used the car while there.

The hotel is nearby the main attractions of Old Quebec. Cheap alternative to other expensive hotels. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We’re able to had them keep our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Will book again here.

This was an awesome stay ‼️ Modern and updated inside the rooms. The rooms were cleaned to perfection everyday. Great shower and beds. Everything, and I mean everything within walking distance (1-1.5 miles max). Shops, markets, beautiful church, dinner cruises and so much more at your finger tips.

Great location for easy walking to all the sites. Parking at the city hall lot is okay but carrying the luggage up the hill is a little challenging. Overall great time I would stay here again

This is a very nice hotel, well run and clean. Only difficulty was parking and getting our luggage from the car to the hotel....this was inconvenient. Hotel restaurant was very nice also.
