Week-end de repos

De retour au Bonne Entente après 3 ans pour un week-end de repos et tout a été parfait, le personnel très accueillant, la nourriture excellente, la propreté de la chambre. On y reviendra certainement. Un gros merci à Gina à l’accueil et à Katerine Gauthier pour un merveilleux week-end.

Enjoyable!

All employees from the valet , receptionists or restaurant were very pleasant and helpful. However, we did not benefit from the accommodations such as the Spa and pool but from what we saw and heard from other people it was amazing. The surrounding grounds are peaceful. It made our stay very pleasant. I would go back to this hotel and recommend it to all.

Highly recommend this hotel

Lovely spot with so many extras (for example, cookies and milk in the evening.). The room was spacious with a jetted bathtub. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet for sleeping. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the gym. Highly recommend this hotel!

Looks like it was a nice property at some point but it’s being let go. They put me next to the spa in the basement, dishes were left out from the day I arrived until the day I left 2 1/2 days inside my door from the previous occupant. I never used Room service or made service, left a day early and they would not refund me my prepaid day. whenever I questioned anything such as parking charges, or other inclusions, they kept responding. I booked through Expedia as though I was penalized.
