Nice hotel in good location. I had a problem with key to my room and eventually had to change rooms which was bit unfortunate. Mattresses and pillows and room lighting and wall chargers and bathrooms all excellent thanks for the nice stay

It felt comfortable and safe. I liked that there was free parking underground Elevators ran smoothly Beds super comfortable, poor water pressure in our room shower and toilet took a long time to drain. This didn’t effect our stay negatively as we were there for a soccer tournament

The Wi-Fi and television was terrible. Only worked half my stay and needs an upgrade. There’s three choices for food. They all have the same menu and that was terrible. The bathtub has a very high wall and getting in and out of it to take a shower is unsafe for a fit 55 yr old male No room safe , and my room key constantly needed to be reprogrammed. Two out of three times it needed to be reprogrammed they never even asked for my name just the room number. That’s not very secure.

The front desk staff Olha/Olga (not 100% on her name) was by far and away one of the best hotel staff I have ever dealt with. She heard my concern on an issue, presented a solution, and treated me and my wife with care, concern and professionalism. She made the stay so much better for us!

The first night I stayed in a room with no AC, no airflow, the window doesn’t open. The second night, the air worked but the tub was coming out in a trickle. Staff were great, very accommodating. There is security in hotel and parking lot. Felt safer.

The lady who first checked me in was almost giggling when my credit card declined, and she didn’t offer me any options of using another card or anything - she immediately asked if it was okay to cancel the reservation, even though I already fully paid for it. She was smirking throughout the whole conversation and seemed like she was almost shaming me

Nice place but wanted to get coffee at the restaurant and they had to ask first if we were able too also tvs in the rooms are so small and screen is dark
