The apartment is located on the fifth and sixth floors of an elegant building with an elevator.
THE TRIPLE LIVING ROOM
As soon as you step through the door, you’ll be greeted by the Roman sky, which stretches above the glass wall and the skylights that run through all the rooms. The hardwood floors, the custom-built cabinets in soft colours and clean lines, the glass-top tables, and the one-of-a-kind furnishings come together to create an extremely harmonious and fluid atmosphere.
The sitting area is delightful, featuring Sicilian-style majolica tiles embellished with hand-painted artistic stained glass.
The magnificent leather sofa in the centre of the room, along with the two velvet armchairs, surrounds the fireplace. Here you can relax while being lulled by the music coming from one of the Bang & Olufsen speakers.
From the living room with the TV, you can catch your first glimpse of the enchanting view of Castel Sant’Angelo.
A flower-filled balcony runs the entire length of the living area and opens onto a terrace overlooking the Basilica of San Giovanni dei Fiorentini.
THE KITCHEN WITH THE STAFF ROOM
From the central living room, a hallway leads to the fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, and multifunction oven. A little paradise for those who love to cook.
At the back of the kitchen is a guest room with a laundry area and an en suite bathroom, where you’ll find a comfortable single bed available at no extra charge—ideal for guests travelling with a housekeeper or babysitter.
THE SLEEPING AREA
The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
Past the kitchen, you enter the sleeping area with the spacious and elegant master bedroom, featuring a large closet and a small study with a glass-top table. The en suite bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub positioned beneath one of the two windows, allowing you to enjoy a warm bath under the stars with your head among the domes.
The bedroom with a French bed
The second bedroom is accessed from the TV lounge. It features a comfortable French bed, a large closet, and a bright desk—perfect for remote work. It is served by a bathroom with a Jacuzzi hydromassage shower.
The ideal occupancy for the residence is six guests, accommodated in three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
At either end of the triple living room are two double sofa beds for four additional guests.
THE PENTHOUSE
From the central living room, a modern wooden staircase that seems to float in the room will lead you to the penthouse. Here you’ll find the third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a hydromassage shower and a private terrace where you can read a good book while being caressed by the Roman ponentino breeze. The view from the bed, looking directly out onto Castel Sant’Angelo, is worth mentioning.
THE SOLARIUM
From the bedroom, a staircase leads to the Solarium. A peaceful retreat that literally overlooks the entire city with an incredible 360-degree view. Two lounge chairs and two comfortable armchairs are provided. Thanks to the convenient outdoor shower, you can cool off while sunbathing.
THE MAIN TERRACE
Fifty square metres with an unobstructed view of Castel Sant’Angelo: a seating area and two large dining tables that can comfortably seat up to sixteen guests for unforgettable dinners. The large hammock, surrounded by rosemary and jasmine, is truly one-of-a-kind.
