This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2-story home blends classic charm with modern style, offering a perfect getaway for families and groups. Conveniently located near Canobie Lake Park, Tuscan Village, and MGH, this farmhouse is ideal for exploring local attractions. With easy access to highways, you’re just 35-40 minutes from Boston, 20 minutes from Manchester, and within reach of New England’s mountains and beaches.
The spacious home accommodates up to 9 guests with 3 queen-sized beds, a full, and a twin. Enjoy a cozy living space with thoughtful touches and plenty of room to relax. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up meals for the group, and the large outdoor area and yard provides a serene space to unwind. Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee, so bring your furry friend along for the adventure.

Book your stay at this timeless Salem farmhouse and experience the perfect blend of history, comfort, and convenience! This home is a stand alone home but is pat of a mutli family complex on site, it has private entrances and yard access.
There are 2 exterior cameras installed on the outside, street facing, doors. These cameras are in place to provide an additional layer of security for our guests. The cameras record both video and sound, but only in the exterior areas of the property.
The footage from these cameras will only be used for security purposes or in the event of an incident. There are no cameras or sound recording devices inside the property. Please note that this property has 2 their units n the premise with their own, private entrances.

This location was great. Close to a grocery stores and many restaurants as well as a large mall. Close to I-93 for trips into Boston. Each room had its own TV and the wifi was very good (300Mbps Up & Down).Outside has a nice small porch in the back with a table and grill just outside the kitchen patio doors.Everything was very clean and the new kitchen worked well cooking large meals.

Really enjoyed our stay for a weekend getaway. The house was very clean and true space was perfect for our family of 6.Upon checking, just note that the entrance door is in the middle of the unit, not by the parking spaces off the left driveway

Beautiful and Comfortable Space!

We had a great time at this property. It is very nice, beautifully set up. There was plenty of space for us: three adults, a five year old, a 10-month old, and our 14lb dog. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent. He was very responsive and helpful!

Perfect location and amazing host

Our family stayed here and it was amazing! We had 2 babies and the rooms were all more than large enough for pack n plays and for everyone to be comfortable. The location is also perfect - it's within a short driving distance to everything. The host was also incredibly accommodating whenever I realized I forgot to book the additional night we needed. He responded promptly and kindly and got us out of a bind! I highly recommend this property! Exactly as pictured! Will definitely be staying here again!

Visited family for a baby shower and am so glad I found this property! It was close to everything, clean, cozy, and the property itself is gorgeous. Comfortable space for large family and good parking. Pictures reflect spaces accurately. Location is easy drive to Tuscan Village area and other restaurants and attractions including Atkinson Country Club, but you definitely need a car. Owner easy to communicate with via text.
