The room was old and in need of remodel. We didn't use the shower because it looked like the ceinling tile was going to fall in from a previous leak. Room service was good, restaurant was very good all of the staff were excellent but I feel the room is overpriced for as run down as it appeared.

We did not have breakfast at the Hotel. We had dinner and it was ok. The staff at the dront desk are not very friendly. Waited 45 minutes to get a room while other were attended right away. They charged me a $240 dollar deposit when in the app it said $93. I was also getting charge for 4 night of valet parking, when i only stayed 3, good thing i looked over twice.

We have stayed at a lot of hotels in San Antonio and this is the first hotel that we will definitely go back to. We loved the way the room was laid down and the staff was really great. I would definitely recommend.
