Great location!

My wife, 15 month son, and I stayed 4 nights. Staff was friendly, room was spacious and comfortable, and the location on the Riverwalk was great! Only complaint was the restaurant/bar was closed 3 of the 4 nights for unexplained reasons. Only parking option was through the valet service for $54ish/day. Wasn’t super happy that was the only option; however, the valet staff was quick and friendly.

This a beautiful place to stay. But for two nights there was a smell of wetness mold/mildew in my room in which they could not get out. They did spray the room and offer to move me but after a long day of taking care of business I was in no mood to pack up and move.

• Spacious, comfortable suites (many guests echo this in reviews) • Great location on the River Walk — easy access to restaurants, attractions, walking paths • Clean and pleasant ambiance in many areas (lobby, public spaces) — staff friendliness praised in other reviews • Toilet not flushing properly The flush mechanism was weak or inconsistent, leaving waste behind or requiring multiple flushes. • Door is tight to close The room door felt difficult to shut smoothly. It often required effort or repeated attempts, which can be frustrating especially when carrying luggage or in a hurry. • AC / Temperature control issue Though I set the thermostat to 76 °F, the room got excessively cold. This suggests a calibration issue, poor insulation, or an overactive cooling system.
