I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment with the condition of the hotel room I was provided during my recent stay. Upon entering the bathroom, I was shocked and disgusted to find pubic hair on the bar of soap, in the shower, and on the toilet seat. The room was clearly not cleaned or inspected before our arrival. This level of filth is absolutely unacceptable and entirely unsanitary. I immediately informed the front desk and provided photographic evidence. While the staff acknowledged the issue, I was told they could not issue a refund because the reservation was made through a third party (Hotels.com). I was instructed to contact you directly and that you would reach out to the hotel for resolution. To be clear, I have never experienced such a horrifying situation in any hotel. This was not a minor inconvenience—it was a serious health and safety concern. I am requesting a full refund for this stay. I trusted that basic hygiene standards would be met, and that trust was completely violated. Please confirm that you will be contacting the hotel and processing my refund immediately.

The hotel was nice, but it was under construction. I was not aware of that until I arrived. The pool was cleaned while I was there, but I wouldn’t get in it! The staff was very nice. The room was nice and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Convenient to the airport to catch a morning flight. The person who checked me in was alone and there were many people waiting, and on hold on the phone. Despite all of this he was very friendly and helpful. He gets 5+ stars. The hotel desperately needs updating. It is shabby and depressing and not very clean.

The property was dated. The staff was not friendly, except for the gentleman that checked me in, he was very attentive and I give him a five for service. The room was clean and the outdoor pool was nice. Also, I give the shuttle driver a five for service.
