GROUND LEVEL (Main Living Area + 1Br/1Ba + 2 Patios)
The main front entry will lead you to a wonderful open floorplan main living area. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen overlooks the living/dining area & features sleek quartz counters, high-end stainless steel Viking brand appliances, cabinets galore & bar seating for 3. Coffee Lovers we have you covered with a French Press, Nespresso machine & drip coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with expansive table for 8-10 people as well as the living room that is complete with a cozy gas fireplace - perfect for those cool winter nights - plush sofa sectional, 82” SMART TV that will blow you away & Sonos speaker system throughout the ground & third levels for playing your favorite tunes.

Fully retractable pocket sliding glass doors will lead you to a spacious outdoor patio with seating for 6 & BBQ

Great house! It was nice to have three levels to separate families. Kitchen with all Viking appliances was a nice bonus. Really close to beach and many restaurants. Property managers were easy to work with. If staying in San Diego again would book here again!

We had a perfect family reunion and 90th birthday celebration with 4 generations in this beautiful space. This is a wonderfully located property. Close to the beach, coffee shops, sports bars, grocery stores....loads of things within walking distance and 15 mins to Costco. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The management was very responsive to our questions and requests. We couldn't have hoped for more!

Great family property

This home was spacious and fully equipped. Just a short jaunt to the beach. We appreciated the kid wagon to put our Littles in. We loved the fire on the top balcony and the large outdoor table on the lower balcony. Such a beautiful home.

Beautiful Home

We really liked the house and the neighborhood. It was a quiet street. We enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood and riding bikes down the beach.

Truly is a California Dream

Our family had a great time in this house. Distance from the beach was a little bit cumbersome. Took a truck to ramp to the beach (with all boards, chairs, ice chest, etc) and everyone else walked. It was a short pleasant walk. The 5 beds and 5 bath worked very well for our group. Property management group was very helpful with everything. We would highly recommend this place!

An amazing house in Pacific Beach, walkable to coffee, cafes, food, and more

Our group of seven adults had an awesome time at this perfectly located, modern house in Pacific Beach. The location is ideal for visiting anywhere in San Diego, and walking distance to a nice grocery (Gelson's), coffee (Caffe Di Talya), and pop up tacos that we discovered delightfully just walking around. The house itself is well appointed with bathrooms for everyone, which is a big help for a group. The bonus, for our sports fans, was the giant TV that was perfect for watching baseball as if we were at the stadium. Outdoor seating was also great in the back patio and top level, the latter which had ocean views. We'll be back and can't wait.
