SUMMARY
Indoor/outdoor living at its finest with ~2,000sf of interior space that flows seamlessly into 2,000sf of exterior space for a combined ~4,000sf of total space! This premier 3br+3ba offering is situated on the 2nd & 3rd levels with 4 separate outdoor spaces including our flagship 4th level rooftop sky deck offering panoramic ocean, bay, sunrise, & sunset views. Other features include soaring ceilings, fire pit, designer touches, open floorplan, attached 2 car garage, a/c, fireplace, washer/dryer, & sleeps 10 (8 adults max).

2ND LEVEL (main living area + deck + 2br + 2ba)
Be wow'd as you enter the main front entry with soaring ceilings nearly 20' high & a bright, spacious open floorplan concept greatroom. Starting off with the living room that houses a plush sofa, accent chairs, cozy fireplace, 50” SMART TV, & patio glass doors out to a wonderful sun deck with seating.

Adjacent is an expansive wrap around kitchen open to both the dining & living rooms, cabinets galore, granite counters, bar seating for 4, stainless steel appliances (dishwasher included), beautiful ceiling lights, & fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is also a dining area with seating for 6.

Down the hallway is a full bath (tub/shower combo). Across is br#2 that includes a Queen sized bed, while further down the hallway is br #1 master retreat, fully equipped with a King size bed, TV, & ensuite bath with dual vanity sinks & shower.

3rd LEVEL (loft area br#3 + 1ba + 2 decks) *NOTE this is an open loft space
A set of stairs leads you to the 3rd level loft area, a great space for children & includes a twin/full bunk bed bed with a pullout twin trundle. This space also has a full bath (shower), 1 sun deck facing South & a separate North facing deck, both with beautiful blue sky views & outdoor seating.

4th LEVEL (sky deck)
Off the 3rd level deck is a set of stairs that leads to the flagship 4th level rooftop sky deck...our favorite spot to enjoy sunrises with a cup of coffee & sunsets with a glass of wine! This space includes a fire pit, multiple seating areas, & beautiful panoramic 360 degree ocean + bay + city views
as well as Sea World fireworks.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
‱ GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
‱ OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
‱ NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

Our family of 6 adults, two teens and one toddler stayed here four nights. The teens loved the rooftop with a big firepit (we all did really!) and gorgeous views. The kitchen was a great layout and nicely stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes. Beds were comfy, plenty of space for everyone to spread out and lots of outdoor spaces although we only used the rooftop because it was on the chilly side & the firepit kept us toasty. We had a couple minor issues to which the hosts responded immediately. Great location to the beaches, pathway, coffee shops and food vendors. Love Mission Beach. Would love to stay at this property again.

Our host was excellent about communicating and eager to help out if anything was amiss but nothing was. The property was wonderful, the best in the area by a long margin! Such great views from the top deck, a super well-equipped kitchen, clean, comfortable, everything worked including a super clean grill on the patio, a nice little market only a few steps away, fans where needed, a/c and heat worked well, usable garage for parking in an area where that's a definite plus, extremely short walks to the beach and bay, friendly neighbors – wow!

Stay was great! House is a great location and everything worked really well. Can’t beat the views for fireworks and overall beach access. Would definitely stay here again and probably will.

Awesome location!!!!

This house was fantastic! The kitchen was well-stocked, and the master bedroom, complete with a walk-in closet, was wonderful. The rooftop view is absolutely stunning, offering incredible sights of both the ocean and the bay, all within walking distance. There are plenty of nearby dining options, and even a market for convenient breakfast items if needed. It’s a very comfortable property, and I highly recommend it!

Great Stay in Mission Beach

We rented this place with another family and all fit without any issues. The patios are amazing, the highest roof top patio has a perfect view of sea world fireworks and literally is above all other houses. you could see in all directions for miles. Area is pretty quite, which surprised me because of the proximity to the bars. Check in and out was a breeze. We will absolutely be booking again.

Perfect location between bay and beach! We went to both everyday. SeaWorld fireworks viewed from top deck were delightful. We hope to return to this house. The whole family loved it. House was very well equipped with everything we needed.

Perfect San Diego beach getaway

Great property! Plenty of rooms, great balconies! One block to the ocean, and a store for staples right out the back door. An easy walk up to Belmont park, restaurants, and bike rentals. It's an easy drive/Uber into town as well. Would definitely stay again. Such a great stay!

Great spot for an Easter reunion with family! Rooftop deck was great! Clean and perfectly located. Market Nextdoor had literally everything we needed. Great breakfast at Teo’s kitchen in the Pennant bar. Will return!

A wonderful experience!!

Our overall stay at the property was wonderful! The house was beautifully decorated, stocked and maintained. The pool, hot tub and yard were fabulous! And Lexis and Zach were great - easy to work with and super efficient in responding to our questions. We'd love to book the house again!!
