Room was clean and facility was nice. Front desk service was efficient and courteous. Other staff I encountered was polite and pleasant. The good: room was great, bed comfortable. Window opened to fresh air if wanted. There was a little restaurant in the lobby area that had a decent breakfast at a reasonable price. The fitness center was small but serviceable. The unexpected: no housekeeping; I guess you have to request service, but I wasn't informed. I followed the signage instructions in the bath and left used towels on floor and one I would re-use I hung up. Because shower door did not seal, water pooled a lot on the floor and i ended up with a pile of soaking wet towels for 2 days. Desk lamp didn't work until i rearranged the plugs in outlet. Apparently one outlet didn't work. I guess they wouldn't know about this unless someone tells them.

Beautiful location, waking distance to Old town with lots of cute local shops! Very accommodating by holding our bags after checking out to allow us to run some errands before our flight. Would definitely stay here again!
