The room was a little cavernous and un uninviting, but comfortable bed clean and decent amenities made it fine. The front desk folks were GREAT, so friendly and helpful. Truly, they deserve raises, all of them. They made the place feel good, despite some room features being a little out of date

Room had extremely thin walls and the first night nnext door was arguing, male and female. Then at 1:30am the female was crying for an hour. Nigth two was very simular, sounded like they were in our room. The staff was super nice, even though my bottom sheet came off my be while I was sleeping. Nice crew, but disapointing visit. I thought I paid for breakfast when I booked the room, but they said NO. I would like to know how an $180 per night room cost me $495 for two nights???

The room was in terrible conditions, no water for one night, no light on one side of the bed, the bathtube dirty, and the water didn't come sometimes. They changedme to another room, offering to make the room every day, and they didn't for 5 consecutive nights.

It was a reasonable hotel, beautiful lobby, and simple rooms. Staff was kind and helpful. I did schedule a wake up call however that did not happen, so I was thankful I had my own alarm as well. Would still recommend the hotel.

Yes, the room was clean and smelled of fresh furniture. By the banging next door I assume it was just renovated. Lights by the beds didn't make much sense, but didn't need to use them. Staff was friendly, and let us know - after checking in - that there is construction on the weekend. Luckily they didn't start at 8:30a on Sunday on our floor, as we were told they would. I will probably stay with you again, as my son lives across the road and I live in Los Angeles.
