The room was spotless and the bed was surprisingly comfy. The staff was super friendly and when I asked for fresh sheets, they got them right away. They also cleaned the whole room and restocked everything.

Very nice 3 level hotel. No elevator. Parking is included for 1 vehicle. Room was clean and fairly well maintained. The Zoo and other attractions are an easy 20 minute drive. On Wednesday evening there is a Farmers Market on Newport, lots of good fun, food, and crafts.

Pros: - friendly staff - great location Cons: - hasn’t been updated; no elevator, rooms are dated, and the windows aren’t double pane so you hear everything from the street, including the loud music. Our stay wasn’t terrible but for the nightly rate, it could have been much better so disappointed in the value

Clean room, friendly staff, location is great, ocean view is relaxing, the only problem is not the facility it self, but there are some homeless people wandering the area. But we didn’t have safety issue.
