Staff was very curteous. Room could have been cleaner ie bugs in light in bathroom, thick dust on ledges of bed headboard. stains on dust ruffles. Empty body wash in shower. Would have expected better from Sheraton.

I had a good overall experience during my stay. The room was decent/clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short trip. Nothing overly luxurious, but definitely solid and comfortable. The best part of the stay was the location. Its perfectly situated for entertainment and shopping, which made getting around incredibly convenient. Everything I wanted to do was either within walking distance or just a short drive away, which really enhanced the trip. The only downside for me was having to pay a daily parking. It would have been nice if parking were included, especially given the room rates. That said, just something to keep in mind.

The bathroom had issues. The sink was slow to drain, the toilet had to-be held to flush all the way and the shower lost water pressure and became extremely hot and then cold.
