We envite you to enjoy your own private oasis by the beach. Cozy Studio with ideal location, quiet residential neighborhood. Beach and surfing just 2 1/2 blocks away. Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops, within walking distance. Full kitchen. Private entrance and lovely fenced patio area in back, surrounded by bamboo, jasmine and honeysuckle. Biking distance to downtown LaJolla and Mission Bay. Well behaved pets are welcome. There is no extra pet fee. Parking for 2 cars in driveway under canopy. Everything you need to enjoy the beach life provided; two bikes, beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards. Chips, Salsa and ingredients for 2 welcome margaritas in your room on arrival.

This is a clear 5 star VRBO, nicely furnished (homey, comfortable) and with a well equipped kitchen. The enclosed backyard is a delightful secluded spot to sit with a book or a beverage, and the location is excellent, in a quiet residential neighborhood just two blocks from the beach. The unexpected treat is the charming esthetic, with a “mini art gallery” to enjoy, and clever creative painting inside and out. The space is small, but was perfect for the two of us. Great host, very responsive and attentive. So glad we found it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot say enough good things about this place or the host. From start to finish, the host was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful, making the entire experience feel easy and welcoming. The beach studio was exactly as described and was the perfect home base for a relaxing, dog-friendly getaway.The location couldn’t have been better. The neighborhood felt very quiet, safe, and peaceful, yet it’s just a short, easy walk to the beach or into town, where there are so many fantastic dog-friendly restaurants and places to explore.The studio itself is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need, along with so many lovely touches that made it feel extra special — reusable grocery bags, extra blankets, a darling outdoor sitting area, and off-street parking that could comfortably fit a full-size truck.We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and genuinely welcoming beach stay. A true gem!

This is our third year in a row staying here! My granddaughters and I just love it! They look forward to it every year for their birthdays! Check-in is easy, the place is always clean and so charming. The little patio and outdoor shower are a big plus. And having a parking space is a huge win not to mention the beach being just a few blocks away! We love it! See ya again next year!

A dream stay

This place is a gem. Small but not at all cramped. Beautifully decorated and clean. It is quiet and very close to the beach, groceries, dining, etc. The yard is private and relaxing with wonderful birds. And very reasonably priced. We cant wait to return. Highly recommend. And Alisa is a wonderful host.

Perfect hideaway after a long travel day. Wonderful hosts and welcome. Comfortable bed. The shower was so lovely and refreshing with the wood and open windows and skylight.
