Mission Terrace is known for being peaceful, residential, and safe, a perfect place to recharge between city adventures. We also have quick access to 101 and 280 for folks preferring to drive.
Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire 2BR unit and shared access to the backyard garden lounge. You’ll enter through a private side entrance, and secure hotel style dual locking doors between the upstairs and downstairs ensure complete privacy for guests.

Hosts live upstairs but cannot access the unit. Private side entrance ensures convenient, secure entry.
Other things to note
Kitchenette: No full kitchen or stove. Ideal for snacks, breakfast, and reheating leftovers. Includes microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and essentials. Two induction cooktops and basic pans can be provided upon request.

Parking: Parking in SF can be limited. Street parking is available but may require walking a few blocks. Wednesday street cleaning applies. No residential parking permit is required.

Noise: This is a garden level apartment beneath the host’s home. Normal household sounds may be heard.

Garden Access: While owners primarily use their private deck upstairs, the lower garden area is shared by both owners and guests. Curtains provide full privacy and the sheers provide privacy and light
