Everything was great, first thing I want to say I have been using the Barcelo hotels for a few trips, in Vallarta, Cancun and now in Cabo the problem was I made a reservation with one king bed superior room, sea view(great view by the way) but when I check in they gave us a room with two full beds, maybe it’s not a big deal, but yeah it it’s for me, so congratulations Barcelo you lost a loyal guest.

It was nice and quiet, but there were detail about clean. The towel was dirty and once in the restaurant the napkin was too.

Rooms are average. Getting a dinner reservation impossible! I don’t know if they were short staff but it was rare for someone to offer a drink at buffet or pool area. Only plus, was a heated pool and a jacuzzi.

This property is well located, clean with a great ocean view. The beach is not approved for swimming. The buffets are just ok. Great fruits and juices. The cocktails are really good. In general the staff is great. With Expedia VIP we got a really good room. I fully recommend this property if you want to relax in the pools and spas .

Staff are fantastic. Food was average and what I expected for the price point. The resort itself is clean, but starting to feel its age, it’s tired. If lux is your goal, not here. But, quiet with a book, drink and activity or two, perfect.

Great weekend getaway!

My friend and I flew down for a quick trip. The weather was amazing and the service was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and attentive. The room was slightly worn looking. The sink in the bathroom leaked if you didn’t turn it a certain way. Tiles were broken in the hallway. We were unaware that with a shorter stay, you didn’t get room service? That was a bummer, but it made us get up and go down for breakfast and start our day! Location was great. A six dollar Uber ride to downtown or you could lounge around on the beach. All in all, we would come back again.
