First off the location was great! A couple of things was a concern, the shower had no hot water our entire stay. The shower drain metal cover was sticking up, and could be dangerous if stepped on. The toilet was vary loose, not sturdy.

Our stay felt right at home! We loved the walkable restaurants we could go to. Smooth instructions were given and easy to follow. The hot water wasn’t working for us at first but we addressed it and they were able to help us fix it right away! I would definitely recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay here!

I stood here for 4 days and it is a beautiful place to stay. Very clean, spacious and quiet area. The beach is walking distance, lots of dining options. The host was very accommodating, always reaching out and made our stay very well. Would deff book again.

Property was clean and accommodating. Initially getting into the units lock box for the keys was inconvenient due to the lock box being stuck shut. Another resident ended up helping free the lock box after 30 minutes of trying. Would stay here again.

Great location, responsive staff, very clean (not gross at all), and modern. We felt very safe, loved the gated parking, and appreciated the remote-controlled AC in each room. If you're sensitive to strong, artificial scents like Febreze, just unplug the wall air freshener when you arrive. I did that, plugged it back in at checkout, and had no issues. The unit we stayed in had a private gate and then a full flight of stairs leading up to the entrance, so if you have any mobility concerns, I’d recommend requesting a unit without stairs. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean property and location in the heart of condado. No issues at all except the keys should be digital codes instead of a physical key chain. We lost the keys between 4 guests but we were lucky to find them in couple hours. We contacted the property and were told they’d show up in 40-45 min but no one did or followed up to make sure we got in or out. Besides the keys & communication, everything else was great.
