We offer a self check-in—lockbox code and detailed instructions are provided three days before your arrival. We can help with early check ins and late check outs, recommend our favorite places to visit/eat and just in case you need anything else or have any questions, when we're in town we're happy to help with anything you need. We have a property manager available to respond to any of your questions (8:30am--7:00pm). Otherwise, you have your space and privacy.

Welcome to your perfect vacation retreat, occupying the entire first floor of a multi-family property. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and refreshing living room, flooded with natural light, with a dedicated dining area for 6, a large and cozy sofa, and a smart TV.

Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and dine in.

Relax and unwind in your private breezy outdoor terrace equipped with a gas grill.

We've opted for high-speed fiber optic internet to keep you connected, ensuring you can easily attend to any professional matters or simply catch up on emails. For those working remotely, there are four dedicated workspaces: 2 in the living room plus 2 more in two of the three bedrooms.

Each bedroom, along with the living room, is equipped with brand-new inverter AC units, ceiling fans, and blackout curtains to ensure optimal comfort during your stay

If traveling with little children, you will be glad to find a high chair, children's dishes and utensils, books, a crib located in the master bedroom, and a bathtub in the second bathroom.

You'll enjoy the convenience of free parking on premises available upon request (note: if you have a large SUV (ex. 7-seater) it may not fit) as well as free street parking, which is usually abundant and hassle-free.

We offer shared beach chairs, umbrellas, and various beach gear conveniently located next to the outdoor shower.

Welcome to the Santa Teresita Community, where our inviting apartment awaits you. Santa Teresita is a secure gated community next to the Ultimo Trolley beach. It is a mere 10-minute drive from the airport and a 15-minute drive to the historic Old San Juan.

Our property is located just 2 blocks or a 4-minute walk away from the beach. Nearby are
a supermarket carrying everything necessary, a specialized butcher with a range of high-end products and cuts, as well as Barbosa Park with a running track, basketball court, baseball field, and various group/private classes held there.

For those seeking a taste of local flavor, a short 15-minute walk will lead you to the thriving hub of Loiza street. This trendy hotspot has an array of restaurants and bars, charming coffee shops, and boutique stores.
