Hotel Milano is the first hotel that looked exactly as it did online and I travel every 3 to 4 months!!! The front lobby is brightly lit. It smells pleasant with a signature scent that I did inquire about:-) The deco in the main lobby and rooms are modern and simple to balance the colorful San Juan area as to not overwhelm the senses. It is peaceful and calm. I did worry after learning Calle de Fortaleza was a main street, but I had zero noise from the street that kept me awake. My room was exceptionally clean! There was not anything that was unkept in the room. The bed was most comfortable! My body settled into the mattress at the end of each night as if I slept on a cloud. There are medium size fridges in the room, not mini fridges:-) The coffee pots are Italian Lavazzo!! Those are very nice! Lots of shops, restaurants, plazas, art museums, forts, and other beautiful places nearby within walking distance to see. Nice working AC. Wonderful rainfall shower. I stayed in a queen sized bed, small room, window, no view but it's ok as I only slept there. My only suggestion would be a microwave please. At least a general one in the lobby so guests can reheat food and not have to throw away any takeout. Puerto Rico is generous in food portions and microwaves would help to eliminate wasting food. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality and beautiful accomodations.

Sheets were dirty. We asked for housekeeping and were told they were already gone for the day. We had to sleep on top of the sheets. I talked to front desk the next morning about a discount on the room and we were advised a manager would call or email us back. Of course they never did.

The room was clean, but there was not even a chair in the room. And no window! The shower was barely warm and the room was very cold. The young lady at the reception desk seemed to have no idea what she was doing. We waited what seemed to be an interminable length of time, then she had to find someone else to issue our room cards. That took another ten minutes or so. We would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

Everything was horrible! From checkin to the atmosphere to the friendliness of the staff to zero amenities to a freezing cold room to the fan blowing and loud the whole entire night! Never again! Do not stay here!!!

Fantastic hotel! Great location. Super clean and beautiful inside. Great staff and owner was incredibly nice too. The only thing I would change, the shower does not get hot, just warm. Still 5 stars though.

The hotel is centrally located in Old San Juan, within walking distance to many sites and restaurants. Beautiful new facility, super clean. Has luggage storage onsite. Staff provided a great map for getting around and details we needed.

Number one was the staff. There was one small issue with the room and they responded quickly to fix it. Then they actually followed up to make sure everything was perfect for us. They definitely treated us like family! Second was the room. Because the hotel was recently renovated, everything was clean and new. The bath products in the bathroom were very high end. Walking into the lobby, we were greeted with comfortable AC, an AMAZING aroma and the friendliest front desk staff ever! Overall, it seems that the hotel is catering to a very high end clientele at an affordable price. We would definitely give this our highest recommendation.

Room: booked king size bed with city view. Feb 2026. This hotel is brand new (only open 6 months) does not have any amenities which stated on their profile. No parking, no on site Restraurant, no pool, foyer lounge area is construction in process. Rooms are very clean, A/C is ice cold which is good. The city view is only 2nd floor street view, do not expect to see beyond the street. Close to shopping, and Restraurant’s within walking distance. Location is right in the heart of Old San Juan.

My room (3rd floor) was clean. Although windows did not open, the room overall was great! I was barely there anyway and just need a bed and shower. The bed was comfy. Water pressure was good and the AC worked wonderfully. The location is close to everything! Good thing I didn’t rent a car because parking and driving is really bad. The staff were friendly. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Overall, I’d stay there again when visiting San Juan.
