The space
The house is located 12 minutes from the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in Isla Verde and one mile from the main beaches of San Juan and Santurce.

All rooms have Air Conditioning, Glass and Aluminum Doors, Queen size beds, very comfortable and comforting with pillows, sheets and comforters. Each fourth bedroom has 2 nightstands with area lamps.

The fourth Master bedroom has a full bathroom with a large closet, iron and ironing board, hot water, additional towels, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, Body Wash.

One of the rooms has a small desk available for a work or study area with an area lamp.

It has a parking space in front of the property, there is also free space on the street to park.

Guest access
Guests will be able to use and enjoy all the facilities of the entire house on the Second Level.

If you arrive by car, we only have 1 parking lot available for House'57, it is identified with #2; If you arrive in 2 cars, you must park in available areas that are not assigned to other tenants for free at your own risk. We are not responsible for items left in cars.
