Everything was neat and clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The shuttle was very convenient and everything I needed was provided. Would definitely stay again can’t wait to go back!

The welcome at the front desk was great, all information we needed was explained really fast. Joyce was amazing, unfortunately we just got informed from the cruise company that the departure will be delayed due to the proximity of the huracan, she right away expedite a late check out to help us and greetings from the bar was given to calm the upcoming events due to the hurricane, HYATT PLACE WENT FAR AND BEYOND, thank you very much in advanced

Check in was great. They let us store our luggage until the room was ready. The free shuttle to Old San Juan was convenient. The bartender was great and had recommended a local beer they had on tap and suggested we tour the brewery if we had time. We didn’t order off the menu but we saw a couple having burgers that looked amazing! My daughters purchased muffins that were super good. We at the breakfast and it was good. The pool was nice I liked that they had a little play area for little kids. We walked to the T mobile with our 2 teens and the area was very clean and safe.

Maybe a one off situation but the room had damage to the furniture but nothing life changing. Blind shade was missing and when requested it didn’t work, so we couldn’t sleep until late with the sun burning through our window became quite annoying. Our room’s floor was quite dusty. Pool has mold on the waterfall rock wall and on some corners. Aside from these, the breakfast options were good, staff were attentive and lounge area was nice. The kids section on the pool was really enjoyable and transportation options were great.
