Painstaking original Spanish tiles were restored on the entrance, and the building was renovated to bring out the original charm with very high ceilings. Some key features include comfortable beds, cold air conditioning, window darkening curtains, and a private bathroom. The apartment has a stovetop, microwave, and full refrigerator with all kitchen utensils and basic spices. The apartment provides clean and fresh linens with your stay and one white bath towel per guest. It includes an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

It has self-check-in and controlled access. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with all modern amenities to enjoy your beach and city stay. It is within walking distance of Condado Beach, Condado Lagoon, La Placita, and many museums and restaurants. Old San Juan and the airport are a 10-minute drive away.

The neighborhood is residential near an important commercial strip. It is located downtown, so street noises exist, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. It is lively, and many entertainment options are available on foot or by short Uber ride. Walking to places in the area and many other residents and tourists is generally safe.

* No events allowed.
* You may use the private parking space behind the building during your stay free of charge.
* Minimum age to rent is 21 years.
* You will be responsible to pay for any damages to the rental property or its content by you or your guests during your stay.

EARLY CHECK-IN
Guests can request early check-ins within 2 days of their arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed and we will not be able to approve any early check-ins before this 2-day window. If early check-in is available, guests will get charged a fee of $25 per hour up until the normal check-in time. Early check-ins will not be allowed before 8 am.

LATE CHECK-OUT
Guests can request late check-outs within 2 days of their departure. Late check-outs are not guaranteed and we will not be able to approve any late check-outs before this 2-day window. If late check-out is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour or a fraction of an hour after the normal 11 am check-out time. The fee for any unauthorized late check-out after the 11 am check-out time is enforced and will be charged as it is disruptive to the cleaning staff who have to follow a work schedule.

** Guests who check out late without our approval will be charged $100 fee that will be collected through the platform. This strict rule is put in place to give the cleaners enough time to clean the property and replenish supplies before the next guest arrives.**
