Airport shuttle was great, room was comfortable and quiet. Housekeeping needed to be improved in room… bedside table and floor not super clean. I wiped table and floor down with soapy water on arrival.

The staff were beyond helpful and went above and beyond to help us in every way possible. My only complaint is that the pull-out sofa bed had visible springs sticking out and was by far the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep on.

The floors in the lobby, hallways and room were dirty. Also saw some bugs in our room (309). On a positive, the 4:30 shuttle got us to the airport for our early flight on time.
