Nice Overnight Stay When In Town For Business

Check in was friendly, quick and easy. The hotel was clean and quiet. I slept better here than I do many night at home. The room was simple but comfortable.

WELL...Maybe the second time will be better?

HVAC didn't work, No bathroom ventilation for steaming shower, no window ventilation. Smoke came in through vents. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very nice breakfast set up. Would consider coming back again to try another room next month if willing to upgrade me. My family has season Disneyland tickets and we where trying something different from the Lemon Tree. We saw good reviews so we gave it a shot.

This hotel did not have my room ready in time. Check in was at 3pm but I didn't get to the hotel to check in until 6pm. They then switched us rooms but did not mention that the lights only turn on in specific ways. The staff also had a conversation in front of guests that should have been had privately. I also asked for a bath instead of a shower as an accommodation, they said they would accommodate, then they didn't. I won't be coming here again. It was not worth the price to me.
