NO WIFI even though it’s advertised to have it
This spot wasn’t terrible but I definitely would’ve been angry if I had paid anything more than what I did. It was relatively clean but I found a total of 3 hairballs in the sheets and on the pillowcases (they were found before we even got in the bed, I have red hair and my bf has blonde hair and they were black, so we know it wasn’t from us) so that grossed me out. The wifi wasn’t working so when we asked the concierge about it they said it only worked in the parking lot and there was no other wifi so if you don’t have unlimited data or need to use your computer you’re out of luck without a hotspot. They had a super nice in-room jacuzzi tub that we were excited about but it was out of order… bummer. And I was really upset about the fact that they had a huge tv but no tv channels, only music. Overall, it wasn’t too bad. I mean, you get what you pay for sure, but I’ve paid the same amount for inns/motels that actually had wifi, a working tv and no hairballs in the bed!

I I was given a room at the top of the stairs and it was incredibly noisy because the hotel was sold out. Hard surface flooring meant that sound traveled and I heard everything all night unfortunately. Otherwise, a reasonable hotel for a reasonable rate

It was ok, good location. No breakfast items or 24 hour front desk. Very run down room in deep need of repairs. Had a microwave and refrigerator which was great. TV was good. Bed sloped in the middle. Walks very thin. Get what you pay for!!

Great place to stay when in Santa Barbara. Both my daughters live there so I stay there regularly. Quiet and everything you need in all around you. Great restaurants a mall and Target are within walking distance

Don’t waste your time
The person at the front desk was never there whenever we went. There was breakfast advertised but there was no breakfast, the maid said she had already spoken to the owner about taking it down but it was still up. The room was clean but the paint on the walls and door was chipped or had weird stains on them. Everything else in Santa Barbara was booked otherwise I would never have stayed here. The nerve to charge over $200.
