Located just 15 minutes from downtown, Casa de Carol is a luxurious townhouse that perfectly blends Santa Fe charm and modern comfort. The home has been in the family for over 40 years and is approximately 1,750 sq ft of thoughtfully designed living spaces.

The property invites you in with warm brick floors, 15 ft Vegas ceilings incorporating clerestory windows allowing for a natural lite room, built-in bookcases, and a cozy fireplace that creates an atmosphere of true comfort. The open layout has a dining area next to a gallery kitchen and can easily accommodate seating for six. The kitchen has all the convenience: Refrigerator with filtered water and ice making a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, Stove w/ oven and microwave. The kitchen is fully cooking tools, plates and glasses.
The main area is perfect for entertaining with options to socialize/watch a smart tv and connected soundbar. The tv’s are connected to YouTube TV/listening to music/ or reading. Easy linking to your phones. The room has ample seating and lights to accommodate any mood!

The living room intersects to 2 doors to the spacious fenced backyard with a Vega patio, connects to the downstairs guest rooms, the primary bathroom for the house, a stairway leading to the master suite, the front door leading to a private courtyard, and the kitchen with access to a 2-car garage.

The spacious Master Suite is upstairs and includes a king-sized bed, a smart television, a recently remodeled ¾ bathroom with heated floors, a primary closet, and a private outside deck with views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

The house’s two guest rooms are downstairs. The primary guest room includes a queen-sized room with windows and a private door accessing the fenced backyard. The second guest room doubles as an entertainment/sleeping room. The room has a convertible couch/full-sized bed, smart television, a walk-in closet, and a private door with access to the private front courtyard. Connecting the rooms are a washer/dryer closet, a utility room, and the large primary Bathroom.
The backyard is accessible through 2 doors in the living room, and a door in in the back bedroom.

The backyard features a covered area that includes lighting, a dining tables with 4 chairs, and a lounger. The yard has been landscaped with small rocks and landscaping on the edges of the home.

The home is vibrant with books, music, and art. This is a beautiful place to enjoying Santa Fe’s wonderful weather and sunsets – 12 months a year!

The property is on a Cul de sac with five townhomes on each side of a large, landscaped courtyard. The property offers convenient access to the paved Santa Fe Rail Trail, which is suitable for walking, jogging, and biking.
