This is a wonderful hotel. Convenient for everything in Santa Fe. The rooms were comfortable and clean with a bonus of a fireplace. Bathroom was nice and had all the amenities you need. Staff was kind and helpful. I can not recommend this hotel more!

Smallish room for the price; gas fireplace not wood burning; location was terrible; Santa Fe itself is an ugly town full of old buildings with absolutely NO charm at all. Having said that, housekeeping service was exemplary; valet car service was very good though understaffed; and restaurant was decent though we only had drinks there. Overall, would not stay here again, and will NEVER visit Santa Fe again!

Amazing property and even more amazing staff! Great service and they knew my name after the first day and it was such a nice touch! We reserved an expensive Premium Room. Arrived at night, only to find out that the bed mattress was extremely soft from both sides and high in the middle. Next morning complained about the bed. At night we found that they moved the mattress around with slight improvement that was not significant. Spent 4 nights feeling like falling at night if we moved towards the edge, Otherwise the room was comfortable and the rest of the service was as expected from a boutique hotel and the price charged during off season. Also Expedia photo of a premium room was misleading. There was no view. the room was backed to another building blocking views and sunlight. 😡

The Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi is a lovely hotel. Its location is convenient for walking to sights, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel staff, reception, valet, and manager are friendly, courteous, and helpful. We will return to the Rosewood Inn.
