The main floor has an inviting open concept living room with comfortable seating that offers endless opportunities for family gathering fun and is the perfect spot to unwind after fun-filled days. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable space for prepping and cooking delicious meals. The dining area is large enough for everyone to sit together, play board games and hold good conversations. Take advantage of Santa Fe’s gorgeous weather on the private deck, which has a grill and table to dine al fresco! Both of the two guest bedrooms on the main floor have smart tv`s. Fantastic property, very clean, spacious, great views, wonderful decor and quality housewares and linens. Great communication. Good location but direct neighborhood didnt have too much to offer. It was close enough for walking to stores and a few restaurants, but we mostly drove.

Spring Break

The property was nicely appointed, modern and clean. Lots of windows, so ample lighting and nice sunset views. Great amenities (convenient that they had shampoo, as I ran out of my own on day 2, so was happy not to make a store run just for that). Kitchen was well stocked and clean. It's nice when the furniture and kitchen accessories aren't clearly all the mismatched or left over items from another property. Everything was easy to find and access. Location did not have a lot within walking distance, but restaurants and activities were only a short drive away.

The location could not have been better. The condo was large and very well equipped. Nicely furnished and beds were extremely comfortable. Check in and communication was great. We appreciated all of the information provided regarding dining and activities. Would highly recommend this property.

Touring New Mexico

We stayed a few days in Santa Fe as part of a bigger state tour. Our stay in Santa Fe was fantastic, mainly because our accommodations were very nice and central to everything in Santa Fe. The property is clean, well-maintained, well-appointed, and thoughtfully provided. Our thanks to the property manager and property owner for a fantastic stay!

Delightful rental

This property was spotlessly clean and very well appointed! We loved the local art, the attractive and updated furnishings, all the cooking tools and appliances that were in excellent condition, the holiday decorations, the welcome touches (flowers and chocolates), and the rental team was super responsive. Phoenix Traveler's stay in Santa Fe

We loved this property. It was very clean, totally functional for our purposes. Stunning Architectural design and very light and open with high ceilings. The unit was very well appointed and we had everything we needed to make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is in walking distance to the local shopping and places to eat. The food trucks in the adjacent lot prepared delicious New Mexican options. Our only suggestion would be that the association screw down the loose boards and screws in the decking which is on the approach to the front door to prevent any possible accidents. Other than that normal maintenance, we would definitely come back in the future!

Great location, helpful host, clean, nice views. Only major criticism is the website listing says there are 2 rooms with queen beds and there was only one, so one of us ended up sleeping on a sofa bed, which was not ideal.

Santa Fe in July

Three adult women needed a comfortable place to stay that was convenient to a friend's house in Santa Fe, plus had the space needed to work remotely. The Marquez place had everything we needed - location, ease of parking, safety, convenience to grocery stores, dining, downtown plaza. All communications from A Vacation Different was timely, and thoughtful (potential electrical outages from a storm and they checked in to offer flashlights/supplies if needed!). Gracious hosting and amenities to make our stay for both personal and work-related effortless and enjoyable. We also had the best location for views and sunsets! We appreciated everything about our stay to visit Santa Fe. Highly recommend the Marquez property and hope to return soon.

Amazing

The whole process was amazing. Communication was open and easy. The house was very clean. Often rentals will have a lot of “stuff” and look fully stocked. However, I’ve found myself wishing for another bowl or spatula. Not here- the kitchen has useful items and ample amounts. I was happily surprised to find items like dishwasher tabs and extra paper towels. They really went the extra mile. The location was great. We were able to walk to quite a few places. The views were spectacular. Nothing but great things to say!

Wonderful Loft-Perfect for Travel with Friends

We have stayed in many other Vrbo homes, and this was one of the best. The kitchen was well-equipped, with wonderful appliances, cookware and dishes. The bedrooms were comfortable. The location was convenient - an easy drive to the plaza, museums and great restaurants. A perfect home for travel with friends. We would stay here again on our next visit.

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay here was wonderful- there were 4 of us adults and we each like our own sleeping areas. While there are only 3 bedrooms, there is a pull out sofa in the loft space upstairs which really feels like it's own private space anyway. The kitchen was nicely stocked with coffee, cooking pans/utensils, plenty of glasses/plates/bowls, and basic cooking supplies (oil, salt, pepper, some spices). The place was very clean, plenty of towels. I loved the extra touch with the private labels on the soap/toiletry dispensers- nothing fancy, but it felt like we were at a nice hotel. There are some cool vintage/thrift stores and restaurants in the area that are easily walkable, but a car is helpful to get out and about as Lyft and Uber are sometimes scarce. Parking lot and the exterior of the unit was well lit and we always felt safe. Communication with the hosts was top notch. They provided a list of things to do in Santa Fe without being prompted; it felt like a concierge service with them being so kind and offering to help with anything. Be sure to check out the leather binder with everything there is to know about Santa Fe. I didn't take the chance to go through it until the day before we left- I guess that means I'll just have to go back! Thanks for the stay!

Great!

This place was awesome! The location is great, a short distance to everything and the views and character of the unit make it hard not to want to stay back and enjoy reading or relaxing watching a movie. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again in the future.
