Enjoy the large private backyard with iguanas, tropical birds, and a large swimming pool. Owners live upstairs and are available to assist, along with lovable Maggie the Bulldog. Short 5-minute walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Additional ammenities available for a fee include stocked fridge, excursions, golf cart rental, laundry, and airport shuttle.

We had the best time in Coco!!

We absolutely loved this location and being a block from town with all its great restaurants, shops and amenities. The property is locked and safe. The pool was a great bonus! Easy walk to the grocery. We didn’t have a car and could walk almost everywhere we needed to go. This property was the perfect way for us to spend our week exploring this special little town. We really appreciate all that Theresa did to accommodate us while we were there. Thank you so much!!
