Very comfortable and welcoming home with awesome updated bones and modern conveniences. Lots of sunlight and lovely views thanks to plenty of windows. Neighborhood has lots of offer, including an excellent market (PCC), restaurants and coffee shops just minutes away. A short walk to the Columbia City light rail station takes you pretty much anywhere you'd want to go in the greater Seattle metro. If this property is available, don't hesitate to book.

The property is a recently updated older 2 story home in the Columbia City neighborhood of southeast Seattle. There are parks, grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. The single car garage is lifesaver, as there is street parking is limited. The unit is well maintained and has a gigabit speed internet connection. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, cups and glasses: probably one of the best stocked that we have experienced. Finally there is tons of storage, for both hanging clothes and drawers. The only caution I would have for seniors like ourselves is that there are the equivalent of 3 flights of steps from the street to the front door and the stairs to the second floor are steep. It was hard on my 80 year old knees.

I absolutely loved this home! Fantastic location. Walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, ice cream parlor, and even the Link Light Rail. We came into town for the Mariners and Mets baseball game. We took the rail to the game and got there in 30 mins. T-Mobile park is only 5 stops away. 10/10 would rent again.
