Awesome place to stay.

This house was above and beyond what we expected! Great location, out of town but close enough that you don't have to go very far if you need anything. My family did some fishing and swimming, and the kids played on the playscape. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again.

Lovely Guadalupe River Vacation Home

We were 6 adults and 1 child and the house worked very well for us. The beds were very comfortable and multiple AC zones let everyone be at their happy temp. The view of the river is great and there are kayaks, a dock and a rope swing to enjoy. The only knock is the lack of a pool; not a big deal in the fall but would be nice for summer heat. We're already planning a return trip!

The upstairs suite was perfect for all the kids with an air hockey table, sectional w TV, bathroom, and multiple beds. The garage had ping pong and fooseball tables, along with other outdoor games and kayaks for the family. River access was perfect with a dock and tree rope swing which was used for the entire trip. Family Wedding

My family came in for my nephew’s wedding. The house was fantastic!! It was even better than described, we had a lovely time. It had a well stocked kitchen that we were able to use for multiple meals. Lots of activities on the property. So many we were unable to take advantage of them all due to the wedding we were attending.
