Sunday morning I woke up to a toilet issue. I called the front desk and spoke with John. I asked for plunger but he couldn’t find one and if could find one I would have to come get it. It was 6:00 am. He was nice but disappointed we could not find a plunger and I had to use the front restroom which needed toilet paper. This was February 15th.

Liked the hotel and amenities. Cool eclectic design with indoor pool and good continental breakfast. The only reason I took away a star is because we had to switch rooms since the keypad on the door wouldn’t work properly, which was fine until someone else walked into our room in the night and then our keys were deactivated. With all of those inconveniences I wish they would have offered a discount or something to make it right instead of just an apology.

Great hotel for our family. Clean room. Fun pool and nice breakfast. Would stay here again. The only thing that was a downside was our poolside room sliding door on the ground level didn't lock. Would be 5 star if so.

The microwave was broken. Lights needed attention you don’t want to call front desk at midnight to get these fixed! The rest of amenities were as AWSOME as remembered thanks for still being in business

The tv didnt work, the refrigerator didn't work well, the hostess at the restaurant wasn't that friendly, you cant eat pizza there? But what if the parents want to order from the menu and the kids want pizza? The pool must of had 50 kids in it and only a handful of adults, its almost like someone brought a bus load of kids to the pool and they didnt leave all day... not a good experience, i wont come back ever again. It was very clean, so the cleaning staff deserves a 5/5 but the hotel as a whole just wasnt worth the price..
