Super clean and GREAT value!

We live a couple hours away but we were looking for a quick family getaway. One of the cleanest and nicest hotels for the price I've stayed in. Very classy looking entry, huge vaulted indoor pool area where they had a nice little breakfast in the mornings and Starbucks throughout the day. Outdoor pool was closed due to it being winter still but it looked like a nice area too. Great place to stay and highly recommend!

The hotel itself is OK but I just don’t think it is up to par for the price we paid per night. During check in and older woman came out the front door telling me how drunk she was and fell out the door and onto her face on the concrete sidewalk in front of my kids, she had to be picked up by strangers and leaned against a pillar. We stayed 2 nights, the first night the police came to arrest the people next door after the man beat the woman for about an hour. Night 2 - our A/C & Heat both went out and we were told for 3 hours that maintenance was coming. After 3 hours we went and bought a fan at Walmart and put our kids to bed. After that I called the desk again and was told they were not available until tomorrow but I could move to the other side of the hotel. Seriously after midnight you offer this? The pool was too crowded because it gets rented for multiple birthday parties. The breakfast was gross and I didn’t even know breakfast could be that bad. It was just not a good visit as much as I wanted it to be.

The staff was very nice and attentive when we had a room issue. I love how there was a restaurant within the hotel. The breakfast and pool were great! I was bummed Starbucks was closed the whole time during my stay. We will definitely be returning!

Its a very nice place to stay at. We loved the pool side room. They were doing some remolding. It was very disappointing that the pool had to be shut down that Saturday. The girls came back from the gymnastics competition, & they were are looking so foward to going swimming. Also with the remolding, wifi wasn't working in the room. Thanks

This is a unique place and you feel safe as soon as you arrive. The restaurant was ok staff was a bit slow. The morning breakfast was horrible! Very poor service and everything was so picked over. Food was gross.

Overall, our stay was OK. We came back to the room after eating on our second day to a saturated floor in our room. Went to service desk & they were going to send someone up, but no one ever came to check out the issue. Shoes & items were soaked with water from an unknown source. Breakfast was ok, but they ran out of juice & water, so there was nothing to drink. Fire & Ice was great! Housekeeping staff was extremely helpful & pleasant!

Not the greatest choice

This hotel has the strangest layout I’ve ever seen before, so hopefully you don’t get lost if you are in the Palm wing of the hotel. They are in the middle of a remodel of the rooms, but most of it appears to have been done by a cheap handyman instead of a legit construction crew. They have higher-end looking fixtures in the bathrooms and other areas around the hotel, but the remaining finishes were very poorly done. Paint doesn’t cover the full wall, left most the corners untouched, lighting was different on almost every bulb so it just felt weird. The carpets felt dirty and unkept, so I definitely recommend wearing shoes or flip flops the entire time. We ran out of towels a couple times at the pool and we only stayed one night. We specifically chose this hotel for the pool, which was OK, but half of it is over 8ft deep which is strange for a hotel pool that appears to cater towards families with younger children. Also, the tile around the pool area is insanely slippery when wet, so a poor choice in my opinion. You need to watch little ones as they walk around the pool. We saw several kids fall during our stay, and they were walking, not running. Seems to be a high risk area for the hotel that should be addressed instead of just putting out a wet floor sign. I would NOT recommend staying in a room overlooking the pool unless you love constant sound all day and night. Overall, it was an ok stay but not a place I would stay again in the future.
