This spacious home offers lots of room to spread out with family and friends, and a private pool available for summer of 2025 to splash and play. Gather outside for a day filled with grilling and corn hole, and night around the fire-pit. Take a seat on the covered deck overlooking the spacious back yard. The country setting is just far enough from the city to give you a quiet retreat with friends and family. The fully fenced backyard will provide you with a great spot to play frisbee in the shade or let the kids and dog run around. Biking and hiking is just 3 miles away at Fellows lake with a full marina. Rent a boat and get some time on the water. The fairgrounds are just around the corner as well, with a variety of events throughout the year. Don't miss Fantastic Caverns or Bass Pro Wonders of Wild Life, both just 20 minutes from the house. Locally grown fresh berries and produce are available at Tasty Acers, just a stone's throw away. Here at Majestic Oaks, there really is something for everyone!


The downstairs pool side mudroom is set up for your convenience. There are clean towels, a drying rack for wet towels and swimsuits, a shower, and tile flooring. The tile is slippery when wet, please use caution.

The pool is open Summer 2025 from June 5 through around Labor day (inquire for the specific date the pool closes).

Please do not use the fireplaces at this time.

WET BASEMENT: The basement can accumulate water during heavy rainfall. Please use cation as the tile is slippery when wet. Please do not leave personal items on the floor during periods of potential rain. There is a sump pump that typically keeps water acculation to a minimum, but wet places can be found throughout the basement during heavy rain.

Please note, my home welcomes dogs. To ensure that your booking total includes the pet fee, ensure that pets are listed in your guest count at the time of booking.

- Pets must be fully housebroken and potty only outside.
- Please clean up yard deposits and dispose of them in an outdoor trashcan.
- Pets must remain kenneled when left unattended.
- Pets must be kept off the furniture and beds.
- Dogs only.
