"Exceptional hotel. Very helpful reception desk. Asked would we like breakfast added. We did and it was fantastic, more like brunch meaning no need for a meal at lunch. We were upgraded and the room was spacious, clean and inviting. Exceptional hotel, polite staff who were very helpful and fluent in English. Highly recommended. "

"The hotel was lovely and my wife and I would happily stay there again. The room was big and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful and the city map I got from reception was the best of all of them I had obtained and we used it every day. Breakfast was excellent with so much variety and could not be faulted. There were hardly any restaurants or cafes in the vicinity and you have to cross a lot of busy roads to get to them."

"This hotel is wonderful for an overnight before an early departure from VIE. We had a good stay and would return under similar circumstances. The room has very few amenities but it is modern, clean, and comfortable. Downstairs bar is pleasant as well. "

"This is an excellent place to stay if you are arriving near the main train station. It was clean and comfortable, and we were able to do our wash after a week of traveling. The small apartment was well stocked with the basics, even scissors! The service was very friendly from check in to check out. The breakfast is simple, but enough to start the day. I would definitely stay again if I were in a similar circumstance!"
