"Everything about the staff and property surpassed my expectations-from the helpful service from Reservations and how they worked with us on our travel date conflict, to actually upgrading our room to the terrace suite as welcome gift for our stay! Maddie is one of a kind and beyond that our room was mind blowing! Best room and terrace patio ever! And every detail in between was top notch. The decor, the dog bowl and treats, the bathrobe and slippers to the most comfortable bed and mattress…this place makes it difficult for you to want to leave your room! But the pool vibes on the weekend are worth it!! Great fun…oh and the food!! I can’t forget to give mad props to the chef and kitchen! We did room service and the food was phenomenal- we can’t wait to return and my teenage daughter said this has been her favorite staycation!! "
