Everything was specacular and more. The attention to detail, flawless. The politeness of all staff was without a doubt only something I've experienced within hotels at The Langham in Sydney and Melbourne. No wonder they are so well regarded. It was my son's 8th birthday on the day we arrived and they set up balloons, treats and a hand written note from one of the managers.

Our suite has visible stains in the carpet, staff very friendly, but always seemed confused. The breakfast service is almost non-existent, if you wanted service you almost have to chase someone down, or just skip whatever you wanted.
