The staff here really are fantastic and are eager to help. The room is basic but it is comfortable. The duvet does however need replacing as the new white sheets exposed the scarily yellow and stained duvet, hence why I can't give this review 5 stars.

There were a lot of young people in the lounge area blasting music and I was unable to concentrate on anything. I left and went to McDonads and used there WiFi to get away from the noise

It is not as good as it is. Even they do not want to refund you even some peecent of money. The management and service was terrible. They say as I booked the service from.this app so I would not get refund. Even when I first arrived it is not suitable place as it is on the picture. So I cancel it immediately that day arriving there.

The room was fine but it was not really convenient to have so less time for checking in or no people at the reception desk. To make the stay easier it would be helpful to have more information from the reception or on the websites.

Hi, I actually didn’t stay, I booked the hostel in Melbourne from Hotel.com and when I got in Sydney I went to check in there was a guy said he’s the manager, he did not checked me in, he said that I couldn’t stay there because of age limit. I’m 50 years old but when I booked the reservation there wasn’t any age limit online, I read the terms and condition there was no age limit, anyway I asked for my money back, he refused to gave me a refund. And he was rude to me, he was yelling asked me to get out, it was bad experience, and until now I haven’t received my refund. So I made a complaint at the tribunal, now my lawyer and I we just waiting for the hearing

Chambre avec salle de bain privée. Suffisants confort correct. Hygiene de la chambre: mouquette tachée ainsi que la couette. Pas de tapis de bain. ProblÚme de ventilation, impossible de diminué, il fait super froid dans la chambre, nous avons dû utiliser le chauffage d'appoint. parti communes(couloirs, escaliers) réguliÚrement nettoyée plutÎt propre. TrÚs bruyant,mais bien placé juste à cÎté du métro.pour le déjeuné nous avons préféré dejeuner en extérieure car c'est pas super cleam.. Aventage du logement l'emplacement et le prix .
