The property manager did not provide the door entry code prior to checkin. I attempted to contact the property manager utilizing three different telephone numbers, an email and through VRBO messages. All phone numbers went straight to voicemail. I left multiple messages and sent text messages. After all of this it was now after 10pm. So I called VRBO. VRBO attempted to contact the property owner. However, VRBO did not receive a response either. VRBO did not have the property door code on file so I was placed on an hour and a half hold to reach a supervisor. During this wait, I was sitting outside in my rental car with my fiancĂ©(we were in town for our wedding). At midnight VRBO finally said they would refund me and I could find another property. Also at this time the property manager sends me a message with the code and says they werenât sure what happened, they usually send the code a day before. I asked them to refund me for the first day due to not having access to the property until after midnight. They refused. This is why they are getting a one star review.
