About this space
Bring your whole family to this great place enjoying Busch gardens Fireworks from it.
Spacious 4 bedrooms and 2 completely renovated bathrooms, one with bath tub and the other has a shower. Enough space for up to 12 people to relax and have fun.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and stove to cook if you need to.
This property have a two *Detached in law house on the back of it that it is also rented as an Airbnb. Laundry room & Fire pit area is shared.

Bush Gardens favorite stay, 5 minutes to get to the park, 10 minutes to USF, 20 to downtown Tampa.

BY OUR HOME:
Our home is a Florida getaway, central to many of the adventures found in Central Florida. Perfect for family fun, family beach days, dolphins and fishing tours and many other activities!
The location is EXCELLENT ! You’re only minutes away from Bush Gardens, USF university campus, Mosi Museum, downtown, beaches, etc.

THEME PARKS:
Disney and Universal theme parks are about 2 hours away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are 2 min away. Dinosaur World is half hour away and Legoland about 45 min.

NIGHTLIFE, SHOPPING & WALKING:
Armature Works has great restaurants and you can walk the Riverwalk to more restaurants and stroll by the river. All around the house you can find restaurants, breweries and fun.
St. Pete pier is amazing for a stroll and enjoy drinks and live music. St. Pete downtown has an artsy vibe and is great for shopping, dining and festivals.

KIDS:
We love the Glaziers Museum and Great Explorations for indoor playgrounds. Lowry Park zoo is an amazing zoo. The Tampa aquarium is very close but there is also Clearwater Aquarium. St. Pete pier has a splash pad, a small beach and a great playground. The Museum of Science and Industry is great for kids in Tampa.

MOSI museum, Tampa Museum of Art, Glaziers Museum, USF Contemporary Museum, The Dali Museum, Mission Moonbase, Imagine Museum and Museum of Fine Arts.


THEATERS:
Mahaffey theater, Straz Center, Ruth Eckerd Hall.

Sunken Gardens is great and the Botanical Gardens of Largo. Largo Central park has a great Christmas display.

The place is nice BUT the shower heads were rusted and the bed sheets have some hair in it. We had to wash the bedsheets and blankets to make sure they are cleaned. The area is quiet and close to Busch Gardens.

We booked this house for a weekend specifically because of the amount of bedrooms and that it listed a travel crib (necessary as we were traveling with two small kids). I even messaged the host BEFORE we arrived to verify that there was a travel crib in the house, the host responded that there was one present. When we arrived we looked in every closet, bedroom, cabinet, and could not find said travel crib. I messaged him on the app to no answer but he had said we could call or text if he didn’t hear from him. After texting him he did call and told us that the travel crib must have been stolen and he would pick one up and drop it off in a couple hours. At this time it was 7pm and we were at Walmart and offered to pick one up, he agreed and said he would reimburse us just save the receipt. We purchased, sent him the receipt (got the cheapest one available of the two options in store). He then completely ghosted us for the rest of the weekend. We left the brand new travel crib at the house but if we would’ve known we were going to be out 70 for the crib we were would already be present in the house, I would’ve flown home with it. The other issue was the house was not clean when we arrived. The floors were very clearly dirty and had not been mopped or swept. We actually went through and cleaned and swept because our feet were black after walking on the floors for 15 minutes. There was trash and debris under the nightstands in the room (so clearly not cleaned).

Had been given the wrong code. Paniced while trying to figure it out. 1 light bulb out of 4 working in bath. Shower was less than a trickle and hard to switch to shower head. Once switched though very little. Not very clean. Luvers in beroom really dusty, and baseboards. Not clear when booking but there are 2 other units in the small backyard. It was very nice to have all.of us fit. The price was great. So I hate to sound unhappy, we are glad we found the place.

Oscar, my host was very attentive to my needs and helping me when we first arrive with two trucks and trailers on how we could park then he assisted me because when we left after staying there for a week I left some stuff in the freezer that I really needed to get back and he coordinated it for me and had me come back to Tampa a couple days later and get it from the cleaning people which is amazing Thank you very much for a great stay

The location of the house was in an undesirable part of Tampa. Although the house was able to accommodate my family in terms of bedrooms and space for hanging out, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the pillows and sheets were of very cheap and uncomfortable quality, the kitchen did not have everything we needed for cooking and cleaning, I.e. a sponge to wash the dishes, or a sheet pan. Additionally, the refrigerator and freezer had food items from the previous guests and the dishwasher had dishes still in it. The floors appeared clean, however all of our socks were black from dirt when we walked around with our shoes off.

No Surprises! The house was exactly what was described in the listing. Very Clean and roomy for my party of 8. I did not have to contact the host for anything major, except for a loosen shower handle in one of the bathrooms. We came down for a trip to Busch Gardens, and we could literally see one of the rollercoasters from the living room window

We had a great stay at this home during our weekend trip to Busch Gardens. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short drive to the park, which made our days much easier. The house offered excellent value for the price, with plenty of space and all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay.While the neighborhood wasn’t the most picturesque, the home itself felt safe. The cleanliness was generally good, though not spotless, and the beds were quite firm—something to keep in mind depending on your preference.Overall, we appreciated the affordability and proximity to local attractions. A solid option for anyone looking for a budget-friendly place near Busch Gardens.

Check in was easy. We got in late the night we checked in , in the morning when we looked around saw dead cockroaches in the kitchen. House was okay clean. Would not rebook that house, we only used it for 1 night before we need to board a cruise.

This house worked great even for our large group and was very convenient to Busch Gardens which was our agenda. Everyone was able to shower and still have hot water. The kitchen was serviceable but small if we would have tried to cook a full meal for all 12.
