Never parking in disability because there was only 3 parkings. Needed to park far from door which caused a huge inconvenience because I am disabled and walking a distance from hotel door was painful, and, In the first night, room had no walk-in shower which caused difficulty for me because I was not able to raise my legs to get in bathtub to shower. It was painful for me. The next morning spoke with Ms. Alejandra at the front desk and she was compassionate and concern with my difficulty and she was able to move me to a room with a walk-in shower. The rest of my stay was wonderful.

Nice Hampton Inn and perfect location. However, the air conditioner didn’t work. We called down to the front desk and they said to turn it off and then back on in 5 minutes, but that also didn’t work.

Very pleased with the hotel . Very clean , continental breakfast was good with a lot of choices . Staff very friendly and friendly exceptional. Location was very convenient to stores , example: Walmart and others . Restaurants were very convenient as well .
