Nestled in the heart of SoHo, just one block from S Howard Ave, "SoHo Serenity" is the perfect spot to enjoy all that South Tampa has to offer. This incredible 3 bed, 3 bath home features a sun-filled outdoor area with a private pool, outdoor dining area, and poolside loungers. Stay in and enjoy a cup of coffee on your private patio or head out to explore the vibrant SoHo district, Hyde Park, Bayshore Blvd, or downtown Tampa!

The Space:
This single-story bungalow nestled in the SoHo community is just steps from S. Howard Ave, about 0.5 miles from Hyde Park and 1.5 miles from Bayshore Beautiful. "SoHo Serenity" features an updated, fully-stocked kitchen and a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, ideal for your next Tampa Bay getaway! Sleeping up to 6 guests, this stunning unit has two king bedrooms in the main house and one queen-sized murphy bed in the rear poolside studio. There are two full bathrooms in the main house, one en suite and the other in the hallway, and a full en suite bathroom in the poolside suite. The primary bedroom and en-suite bathroom do not have a door separating the two, it is an open concept layout so please be aware before booking.

The updated kitchen makes staying in a breeze! Featuring beautiful black granite countertops, a full-sized fridge, microwave, oven, stove top, cookware, and a Keurig coffee maker. Utilize the laundry room with your washer and dryer and complimentary laundry detergent, located in the main home between the back entrance and the kitchen. Enjoy free high-speed WiFi and smart TVs with access to YouTube TV and all your favorite streaming apps. Sit back, relax, and chill out in your own private outdoor space via the back door or through the gate by the driveway.

Experience historic Hyde Park, the vibrant SoHo district, or world-famous Bern's Steakhouse - all just a short distance away! Are you an early riser? Head down to Bayshore Blvd and catch the breathtaking sunrises over Downtown Tampa every morning!

Guest Access:
Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the rear pool studio and the back door of the main home, located on the deck next to the pool.

The Neighborhood:
South Howard, or “SoHo”, is one of the most popular areas of Tampa featuring vibrant nightlife, and fun for everyone! Nestled in the heart of South Tampa and within walking distance of Bayshore Boulevard, this area is perfect for your next getaway. Bayshore Boulevard has 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Historic Hyde Park Village is an outdoor shopping mall just a 15-minute walk away with dining, shopping, and various pop-up events! A variety of parks, Downtown Tampa, and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10-minute drive away or less!

Getting Around:
SoHo is a very walkable neighborhood but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking, and pay-by-app parking.

Other Things to Note:
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the home will result in a $500 fine.
- We DO NOT allow parties of any kind. This will result in immediate eviction.
- Trash Info: Trash days are on Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located in the rear of the home, next to the private parking spaces.
- Parking: This unit offers 2 private off-street parking spots BEHIND the home, next to the rear pool studio. Please do not park in front of the home as the driveway belongs to the neighbors.
- PETS: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
- The pool is serviced on Monday and Thursday.

Very nice house , clean and modern. A bit overpriced and Unfortunately the hot tub did not heat up, which was one of the reasons I booked this house . Tried to communicate with host that kept telling me how to use the remote , which I don’t think was the issue.

Top Notch

We travel to this area a few times a year and this was by far one the best places we have ever rented. The purpose of this visit was for our son's graduation and our stay was one less thing I had to worry about. The check-in process was seamless. The owner's did not have any crazy house rulesand we felt very welcomed to the property. The home was well decorated and all applicances were to notch. The master shower was amazing. There was parking for two cars, including my husband's large truck. Our dog had plenty of room to run around. I highly recommend this property for a Tampa stay.

Nearly perfect

This was a great house for a friends’weekend! The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was really nice. Our only issues were that the spa was not working for the first night and morning of our stay and the shower in the secondary house was always luke warm. When we arrived to check-in, someone came to service the pool and turned on the spa for us. But by that evening, it was not working. We contacted the property management and they sent someone out the next day to resolve the issue. There were no instructions on how to turn the spa on, so some printed instructions on working the remote would be helpful. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great Location and house with lots of potential

The property is in a good location, next to SOHO and very close to Hyde Park Village. We came to drop our son off at University of Tampa and the location. Was also very convenient for that. The house has been nicely remodeled. The furnishings inside are very nice and the house was very clean inside. The beds were very comfortable. The bedroom in the back was also well appointed. We had a few issues that, while minor, were disappointing. The pool and spa were not working all week despite multiple calls to the technicians to fix the system. Therefore, the pool was filthy by the end of the stay (since the pump and filter were not running at all). We only had four bath towels in the main house. One of them had a big hole in the middle. I think the house could be better stocked (more glasses and dishes but it certainly had the minimum required. One of the four tall glasses was missing and never replaced. The outdoor area could use a little TLC. It would benefit from a sweep and/or wash once in a while. The porch was great in the evenings but full of dirt and dust. The cushions outside (in the pool area and the porch) were very dirty. Again, with the right maintenance, this house could be perfect.

Nice property

My husband and I and our adult son had a pleasant stay at the SoHo Serenity. The property is clean, well stocked, and accurately described. It looked just like in the pictures. I gave it four stars because the vent for the cooling system which were located right above my bed to be uncomfortable. When the ac kicks in, the air blowing is too strong and cold. When it stops blowing, it gets gradually too warm to be under the blanket. Living room ac is difficult to adjust as the room gets cold and warm as the ac kicks in and stops. I hope management can remedy this problem.

What a wonderful stay! The home was tidy and had all that we needed. Great location and walked to local restaurants and nightlife with ease. Enjoyed the pool and spa each evening to wind down. Our care team was great with communication and assisted quickly with any questions we had. Will be back!

Great location and beautiful house

Stayed for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday with some friends. The house was clean and updated and in a great location within walking distance (5 minutes) to the bars in Soho and some great restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The pool and hot tub were the highlight however at the time the pool and hot tub were unable to be adjusted to desired temperatures but a couple pool technicians were sent out immediately to try to fix it. Host was very quick to respond.
