I made a reservation for 2 rooms. The front desk clerk checked me in to 2 rooms and provided me the room numbers. She then only handed me keys for 1 room. I asked for
the keys to the second room and she tells me there was only 1 room available with a max occupancy of 4 and there were 5 of us. There was another guest who had not checked in with my same last name and she didn’t realize we were 2 different guests. I asked to her to
give me the other guest’s room and she refused because they had already charged the guest’s credit card. Hotel was sold out. I was told there was nothing she can do and to find another hotel. The front desk clerk was terrible. No sympathy and with an attitude. I asked for a manager and she said she was the only one there. I asked for a refund and left. We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott instead. Lesson learned- you get what you pay for! They still billed me
for the stay. Don’t stay here!!!
