The only complaint I have is that the shower was quite small for the double room. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful. There is complementary coffee and soft cream ice cream and even a rooftop deck!! I chose this hotel for the location and value. The Hibiya Line entrance #2 is close by as well as 2 convenience stores. Roppongi Hills is across the street and Don Quijote and Tokyo Midtown are 10 minutes away by walk. Many restaurants in that area, definitely something for everyone.

Very clean and quiet room. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was just right size and functional. Kitchen and dining table were perfect for us. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Towels were replaced daily. Only downside was that it does not have a spa.
