Lovely apartment! It is close to the train, so very convenient. Also tons of shops and restaurants close by. The owner was very nice and helpful! Everything was very easy! Great place to stay a bit away from the crowds! Definitely recommended!

Quiet neighborhood with easy Yamanote train access

Stayed here for 2 weeks, was easily able to explore Tokyo from here, it's a 5 minute walk to the Yamanote line station that goes all over the city. Host provided info ahead of time about the area and check in process. Komagome is a great neighborhood, lots of restaurants, konbini, and grocery stores nearby.

My 19 year old son and myself scheduled 1 week trip for pleasure from the US before he stayed for a school study program. Convenient & Everything You Need

This VRBO was a perfect fit for our family. When at first we were hesitant about being away from the more bustling parts of the city, we ended up loving being in a quieter part of town that still had all the things you would want from a city location
Close to a train station, a bunch of great restaurants nearby, a convenience store very close and plenty of shopping. The host was fantastic! He was quick to respond, had a whole packet of information to send to us (that we found super helpful) and had the apartment filled with everything you need. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location if you want to be within easy reach of the City's sights, but far enough out to be in a calmer, more residential area. Would recommend walking around this area to get an idea of local Tokyo life - handy to have supermarkets closeby too, as well as several Konbinis. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk from a train station which is on one of the main lines to take you directly to several tourist destinations. Maki, the host, is extremely helpful and responds very quickly to queries. The apartment is compact (as most are in Tokyo). Ideal for a family, as there is also a small kitchen and washing machine so it can be a home away from home for the week! Beds are very comfortable too!

Lovely Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was a bit smaller than expected. But the beds were cozy. The kitchen could use some amenities. There were no paper towels or napkins and only two spoons. A little tea or coffee would also be nice. The neighborhood is really lovely, lots of little shops and restaurants. The apartment is very close to the Yamanote line which goes everywhere. All in all it is a very good, economical choice.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It fitted four big people comfortably and was very well located for getting around. Tokyo. The neighbourhood was quiet and lovely with everything nearby. communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Family basecamp

The apartment was a great base camp for us to explore Tokyo. Was a little compact, but had everything we needed. Komagome is a nice, quiet neighborhood a bit off the beaten track, so a good place to come back to after visiting busier parts of the city. Nearby gardens are well worth a visit.

I loved staying in a quieter area of Tokyo , there’s a lot of good food in the area too. The station is very nearby , and the Yamanote line it is on is extremely convenient to get around Tokyo . The host is friendly and quick to respond to any questions .

Had a great time exploring Komagome and surrounding areas. Apartment was spotless, bed was comfy, and owner was very good at communicating. Easy check in and we were given lots of good info on how to get to the apartment from the airport and also things to do In Tokyo. Loved our stay here!

Nice Apartment in Great Location

The apartment was perfect for the two of us—lots of thoughtful touches, very comfortable bed, huge shower (for my 6 ft tall husband!), and super quiet! The neighborhood is fantastic and very walkable to restaurants/cafes, train station, produce markets, and exceptional gardens. Maki communicated very well so we had good information about the area and excellent directions from the airport. My only suggestion is that I would have liked to see a shelf or two for us to put our things on(lots of storage but was full of bedding, etc).. Highly recommend this apartment!

Cozy Apartment in Fantastic Neighborhood

Great, well appointed apartment in the Komagome neighborhood, which we loved exploring with plenty of great food options within a couple of blocks. VERY easy access to the JY line to get anywhere in the Tokyo region. The washer was super convenient to use given we were traveling with toddlers who constantly had dirty clothes. We'll be back!
