Property is clean but a bit smaller than the one in Osaka. Thy were really busy , waited in line and key didn’t work to go yo the room. Luckily an employee helped us to the room while he fixed our keys. No water provided in the rooms which is odd since most hotels we stayed in Japan had water in the room. Love that you can pick up the amenities in the lobby. Laundry room has 2 washer and dryer only. Had to wait to do laundry.

We had a wonderful stay at Koko hotel Tsukiji. It was our first time visiting Japan and we enjoyed the quietness of the area. Our room was very spacious for 4 people and our luggage. The room was clean and staff was helpful. It is near the Tsukiji market and easy to walk to a 7-eleven, Lawsons and Family mart. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area and also an easy walk to train stations.

Likes: - In a quiet neighborhood. - felt safe and you can only go to the floor that your room is on. - Separate bed for each person (4 people in total) - bathroom and shower were a nice size and separate. quiet from the rest of the room. - 11am check out time. Areas of improvement - More washer and dryers would be nice. Plus having a way to view which ones are in use like other hotels would be great. - Being closer to a train startion would be great but it is close to a bus station. - No onsen onsite.

Excellent value for money! Comfortable room for families. Very clean and efficient. The only that could be improved, would be the breakfast, in terms of timing and quality. But all in all, a great little hotel that I would recommend for families.
